INTERVIEWS In this week's third episode of RSCA Podcast, Kasper Schmeichel speaks. Among other things, he talks about the experience the team has. And he's not just talking about the ancients, but also young guys like Debast, Leoni and Stroeykens. "They don't shy away from taking responsibility," he said.

"We have a locker room with so much experience. Jan, Mats Rits, but also young guys like Zeno and Theo. They are verbally very present. There are a lot of opinions and there will always be people saying things when needed. That's the beauty of this locker room. There are so many leaders. That's why, I think, there's never panic or worry. You look around the locker room and see not only the quality of the player, but also the quality of the character. That's more than enough to get through games well."

"I have played with players who come from Anderlecht's training, such as Kompany, Tielemans and Praet. They take responsibility. I think it's something the academy teaches them. They teach the players to be responsible for themselves, but also for the club. You see how the fans react to players like Zeno, Theo and Mario. These guys are important to the club. And the club is important to them, too. That means that when we are in the locker room, they feel a great responsibility. It's great that they don't shy away from that. They take responsibility and say what needs to be said."

"When I talk to them, I forget how young they are. They are very mature for their age. They are not only good players, but also have good character."
