Diawara plays a few minutes at Africa Cup

GAMES Amadou Diawara was allowed to come in at the Africa Cup in Guinea's second match after 87 minutes. The Anderlecht midfielder pulled off the 1-0 victory against Gambia. 


With four points from two games, Guinea is close to reaching the next round. A draw in the last group match, Tuesday against already seeded Senegal, is enough. If Guinea loses, it will have to hope that Cameroon does not win against Gambia.
