Nmecha: "To take penalty with confidence"

INTERVIEWS Lukas Nmecha was the star in Lotto Park again yesterday. He also took the penalty again and kicked it in nicely. He might as well have some assits to his name, but Percy Tau failed to finish it. Although Nmecha will miss his buddy.


Nmecha is actually number five in the top scorer ranking with ten goals.

"It all has to do with confidence", the striker said afterwards, "And with training, because I often practice taking penalties. But it is therefore important that you also take that with confidence, if that is right, you are already far."

The German also gave many assists for Tau, but he forgot to finish them. Still, the interaction between the two is good. Nmecha is therefore very sorry that the South African might be leaving for his mother club.

"It is Percy's dream to go to the Premier League, but I hope he stays a little longer. But he is my friend and when he leaves I wish him the best of luck."
