Vanden Borre can sign a new contract

RSC Anderlecht want to offer Anthony Vanden Borre a new contract. His current one ends in 2007, but the club would like to keep him until 2009. Many foreign clubs are interested in Vanden Borre though.


Anderlecht also negociated with the manager of the Chinese test-player Tao Chen. It's very likely that he'll reinforce the Mauves during the winter break.

Marius Mitu is recovered from an injury, but didn't get much chances to prove himself yet. "Those injuries were a set-back for him, but he also needs to chance something about his way of play. He tries to force his way into the team and that's not good", explained Anderlecht-trainer Franky Vercauteren.
