Roger Vanden Stock still wants to become the chairman of the Royal Belgian Football Association. "I don't want to weaken Anderlecht, I want to strengthen our league", he explained today.

To do that, he's prepared to abandon his function as chairman of anderlecht: "Anderlecht must be able to survive with the family Vanden Stock."

"We have to reform our Football Association. It must be run like a modern company. I give myself five years to realise that. I also wanted shrinking our league down to 14 teams, but I hear that most clubs are against it. That's ok, I bow to the majority but I'll keep fighting for my ideas", said Vanden Stock.
