Vincent Kompany will not be able to play aganinst Beveren tonight. Vercauteren wanted to let him play for at least 20 minutes to prepare him for the match against Liverpool.

Because he's still injured, he won't be lined-up against the English side either. Ever the clash with Brugge may come too early.

Also Tihinen is out. Tioté might take his place. Akin returned from Turkey with an injury and has to rest for a few days. Both players will be ready for Liverpool.
