Defender Nyamsi linked to Anderlecht

TRANSFERS The French website FootMercato says Anderlecht is very interested in Gerzino Nyamsi, a 26-year-old central defender from Strasbourg. In fact, there is said to have already been contact between purple-white and Nyamsi's agent.


Nyamsi comes from the youth of Rennes and has played with Strasbourg since 2021, where he is a regular. At 1m94 and 91 kilos, he is a very solid guy. Since early December, however, he has been sidelined with an abdominal muscle injury.

Nyamsi still has a contract with Rennes until mid-2025. His market value is estimated at 5 million euros.
