"If you want to win Cup, you have to beat everyone"

INTERVIEWS With Standard, Anderlecht will face a tough opponent in the next round of the Belgian Cup. Coach Brian Riemer does not care. "After what happened a few weeks ago in Liege, we now get two chances in a short time to take revenge."


"We have the ambition to win the cup," Riemer stated clearly at his press talk. "To do that, you have to beat good teams. Playing against less good teams can be fun, because you can give other players chances. On the other hand, it can also be dangerous, as some teams showed in this round."

"It will be intense, but I said it before the match in Liege: this is what it's all about. But if you want to win the cup, you have to beat all opponents. This is just another step. And after that last match, we now have two chances to take revenge."
