Anniversary game for Verschaeren

GAMES When Yari Verschaeren starts the game tonight, it will be his 100th in the shirt of RSC Anderlecht. Vincent Kompany has nothing but praise for his midfielder who is still only 20 years old.


"Yari made his debut in the first team even before I came back," says Kompany, "He went through a difficult period like most young players, but slowly his curve is rising again. If he can continue like that, he will have a great career ahead of him."
