GAMES The comment about the complete abscense of information from the first exhibition game last week has not lost its effect. After the lineups and game phases on Saturday, Anderlecht released a six minutes video report of Saturday's practice game against STVV.
Anderlecht played twoo 60 minutes practice games against STVV on Saturday (45 + 15). In the first game, Frank Vercauteren and Vincent Kompany showed a team could be the starting lineup for the start of the season in some positions at the back. In the second game, the rest of the core kicked in.
Amir Murillo (injury?) did not play. Instead, the young Anouar El Hadj started as a right back and reportedly, he did quite well. Killian Sardella played to the left in the absence of Kemar Lawrence and in anticipation of Bogdan Mykhaylichenko. Hannes Delcroix started centrally at the back next to Vincent Kompany. Elias Cobbaut and Yari Verschaeren played int the second match.
In the second match, Landry Dimata and Antoine Colassin also had half an hour each other. Pieter Gerkens, who was not allowed to play last week, although fully fit, was allowed to play for fifteen minutes.
