Vercauteren: "We will never adapt ourselves"

INTERVIEWS Frank Vercauteren is not going to bring much change to the team, not even for the match against the physical Antwerp. There may be some shifts and perhaps more attention for certain players, but the coach wants to continue to follow the same line.


"This opponent has different qualities than the last. So there may be some shifts in that area. But we continue as we are doing and follow one line. The only thing that still needs some work is our crosses. They don't really arrive and we will continue to work on that, "says Vercauteren.

RSC Anderlecht will meet Dieumerci Mbokani again at the Bosuil. During the summer there were talks on a transfer, but Mbokani eventually stayed in Antwerp where he is also a top scorer at the moment. The striker will therefore also receive some extra attention from the Anderlecht players.

"He is one of the best strikers of Belgium. Extremely efficient, a quality that he has always had. We will therefore also give him some extra attention," said Vercauteren.
