The shareholders of RSC Anderlecht regret the news that appeared in the press this morning about share ownership. First and foremost, there is no question of a claim. The selling and buying shareholders are, in all serenity, discussing the possibly unknown and / or incomplete information for the buyers during the sale. These discussions take place in a constructive and positive atmosphere. Both parties have already agreed to arrange this in a commercial transaction of around 3 million euros, which excludes any possibility of appeal in the future. In the event of a possible correction of the valuation, the amount will be paid by Alychlo to RSC Anderlecht, which will strengthen the capital of the club.
