OTHER Remarkable news this morning: Anderlecht supporter Mike Kurth, also a lawyer, has filed a complaint at the Brussels court and challenges the KBVB and the Jupiler Pro League to court. Kurth wants clarity about the acquisition of Marc Coucke and certainty that there is no conflict of interest between KV Oostende and RSC Anderlecht. Both clubs threaten to lose their licenses (temporarily).

"I want to have the certainty that Mr Coucke has no more influence at KV Oostende", explains Kurth, "Otherwise the Jupiler Pro League is no longer credible and this is detrimental to the whole of Belgian football."

The lawyer demands a penalty of 1 million euros per day that there is no clarity. Although he adds that he doesn't doe it for he money: "It is purely out of principle, that penalty is a weapon to force the union to explain."

Whether Kurth believes in his chances, he's not clear about: "I am a lawyer and I trust in justice"
