"That would be some club history"

INTERVIEWS In an interview with Het Laatste Nieuws, Sofiane Hanni talks about Sven Kums, Lukasz Teodorczyk and the choice between winning the title or going through in the Champions League this season.


Until last season, Youri Tielemans was the one who did the work for Hanni, now that's Sven Kums. "It's remarkable. I never had to adapt to the way Kums plays. He did. On very short notice, he has adapt himself to the way we play/"

Hanni is not really informed about the way the media are talking about Teodorczyk. "I don't read newspapers. Obviously, Teo is not very happy. I have never seen an attacker who is happy when he doesn't score. But on training, he is still the same. Maybe he will score on Sunday against Charleroi."

Champions League

Hanni is dreaming of Real Madrid for one particular reason: Zinédine Zidane, just like Hanni a son of Algerian parents. "Playing in Bernabeu is a dream. And then there's Zidane. Everything he touches, changes into gold. If I really had to choose between going through in the Champions League or winning the title, I'd choose going through. That would be some club history. And then we will just take the title in May afterwards."
