Previous negotiations between Ghelamco and Anderlecht blocked because of the high rental fee. Today, manager Herman Van Holsbeeck confirmed the rental fee: 8.5 million Euros for forty games. Positive part is that Anderlecht would dispose of all aspects of the stadium, including the business seats and the congress. However, this rental fee would still be the highest in Europe.
