Hasi: "This is a mental boost"

INTERVIEWS Besnik Hasi was very frustrated at half time yesterday and started arguing with the referees. "I admit I was angry. I thought it was just not meant to be", the coach said.

"However, the team stayed very calm and in the second half we were the best team. I believe we deserve this qualification over two matches."

Anderlecht have to challenge Standard next Sunday after a match of 120 minutes in Greece. "Physically that will not be easy, but this gave us a mental boost. Everyone was singing and jumping in the locker rooms."

No preference

"I don't know if we can keep up this level in the next matches. We will see. And I don't have a preference for a next opponent. I do know the players want a strong opponent."
