"Better to be suspended before the play-offs

INTERVIEWS Steven Defour caught his eighth yellow card of the season against KV Malines. Still two cards to go and he will be suspended for two matches, which could harm Anderlecht as well. "It's not a good idea to calculate too much", reacts coach Hasi.

"Steven is a player who always gives himself 100 percent", says Hasi. "Our first goal against Malines is a perfect example. Without his interference, we would never have scored that goal."

Hasi realizes he may need Defour in the play-offs. "It's clear that it is better to be suspended before the play-offs than during the play-offs. However, we shouldn't calculate too much."
