Not only the players, the technical staff as well is participating the teambuilding stage in the Ardennes. "We can discribe the activaties as short, enjoyable and usefull" so says headcoach Ariël Jacobs.
"We have to name it, so we call it Teambuilding, but that's just 1% of the total package during the preperations for next season. We wanted the players to trust each other, that they would help one another and feel that they can count on one another" so says Jacobs.
"When we tested the activaties a few weeks ago, it was fysicaly harder because we did al the activaties several times, but that wasn't the goal of today. The last activaty was fysicaly more testing for the players, but it wasn't like that the whole morning. We are giving them a mixure of everything' so ends Jacobs.
Teammanager José Garcia finds the stage really usefull. "You need a good base to start the season. This was the perfect way to let the players learn to trust each other, to get to know yourself better and to outgrow yourself. They players were satisfied, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the army for giving us this chance" so ends Garcia.
