If AC Milan win the Champions league, it would be good for Anderlecht.
In that case, the Mauves are 100% sure that they are protected with the draw for the qualification round.

With a protected status, RSCA will avoid opponents like Lazio, AC Milan (if they lose vs. Juventus), Galatasaray, Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea, Celtic (if they get past the 2nd qualify round), AEK Athene, Newcastle, Glasgow Rangers, Sparta Prague, Olympique Marseille and Lokomotiv Moscow. Two other clubs from Spain will be added to this list (probably Deportivo de La Coru?a and Celta de Vigo or Valencia).
In case Juventus beat Milan in the final, the Mauves still have a big chance on a protected status in the 3rd qualification round. Anderlecht were already protected in the 2nd round. Possible opponents in this round are: HJK Helsinki (Finland), Skonto Riga (Latvia), Omonia Nicosia (Cyprus), Bohemians Dublin (Ireland), Sheriff Tiraspol (Moldavia), Leotar Trebinje (Bosnia), FBK Kaunas (Lithuania), KR Reykjavik (Iceland) and Vardar Skopje (Macedonia).
