Vercauteren: "Expected Ghent to be better"

Anderlecht coach Vercauteren was relieved Anderlecht grabbed the necessary three points and praised him team's defensive qualities: "Ghent didn't create a single chance. The defensive did its job."


"We weren't as good offensively as we should be," admitted Vercauteren. "But that's normal considering that we're missing both Hassan and Goor and to make matters worse Tchité got injured.
