Injury report

Bart Goor, Ahmed Hassan, Mbo Mpenza and Nicolas Pareja will not appear on the pitch against AA Ghent tomorrow. Hassan is suspended due to three yellow cards, the three other players suffer from injuries.


Juhasz returned to Brussels after his father's funeral. He asked coach Vercauteren to be in the starting line-up tomorrow, which seems very likely. Frutos suffers from a minor calf injury and underwent an echo yesterday.

Frank Vercauteren knows it will be a very important game, but he is not worried about the injuries. "Injuries are not an excuse. That's just the way football goes. Everyone knows we have a very large and talented squad, we have to prove that now. Nevertheless, it's obvious that we are challenging a very powerful team tomorrow."
