Deschacht: “We can extinguish Club”

Olivier Deschacht is looking forward to the game against Bruges. If Anderlecht want to keep the first place it could be very important to win the game this weekend, but that won’t be easy.


Het Laatste Nieuws had an interview with Deschacht. “It can be that we have to be happy with a draw, but our aim is to win. Then we extinguish Club Bruges for good. After the bad game against Westerlo this could be the perfect time to play against Bruges. We need to react in that game!”

For the first time Bruges will be playing without Gert Verheyen. “With Verheyen it has always been a game in the game. I started at the game with the intention to stop him. I didn’t want him to touch a ball. That’s why I will miss Gert Verheyen this Sunday”, concluded the blonde defender.
