Vercauteren does not change tactics

Franky Vercauteren is not planning to change his tactics after Anderlecht failed to win their last ten games in the Champions League. "We want to win this game", states the Anderlecht coach.


"How we should play against Liverpool? Well-organised. Like we did in Chelsea, but a bit better then. We are playing this game to win it. Liverpool, Anfield Road, if those names frighten you, it is better to stay in Belgium", says the coach.

"I am expecting a game like the one against Chelsea. Benitez and Mourinho have the same style. Once they lose ball possession, they just play very defensively, with 9 players behind the ball. Will Liverpool challenge us in a 4-4-2 formation? That may be possible. It will not make much difference anyway."
