As already mentioned before, Anderlecht want their own tv-channel in the season 2006-2007. That would be unique for a Belgian team. Here are some more details.
Like other European top teams like Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid and AC Milan, Anderlecht is working on an own digital television channel. That channel would have to inform the fans about the team and the players.
"The goal is to offer the fans via digital television daily news and reports", said manager Herman Van Holsbeeck. That would be broadcast via Belgacom TV. "Belgacom is one of our sponsors", says Van Holsbeeck. "We already had contact about our plans."
