Roger Vanden Stock wasn't a happy chairman after the game against Neftchi Baku. He saw a very weak Anderlecht, and the 1-0 defeat was an obvious result.

"I've seen Anderlecht without any soul", he states. "We just didn't perform well enough. Certainly not in Europe. The 5-0 result in the first match wasn't an advantage. We weren't concentrated, weren't sharp and didn't play agressive."

"Alright, this isn't a drama. We have qualified for the next round against Slavia Prague. Maybe Anderlecht plays sharper now against La Louvière in the competition tomorrow."

"We can't start any game without thinking that we are the strongest team and that we will win easily. That made us lose points against weak teams last year too."
