According to the Swedish newspaper Sportbladet, Anderlecht want to buy striker Dioh Williams from BK Häcken. The newspaper reports that Williams' manager Amor Sadki has declared that other clubs wanted the Liberian player.
Sadki also said that Anderlecht should pay one million euro for Williams.
Dioh Williams is a striker and has been playing since 2003 for the newly promoted BK Häcken. Before, he played in lower Swedish divisions. Over the last two years, Williams has scored 32 times in 56 matches for his team, at the time still in the Swedish second division. Like his team, surprisingly at the top of the league just after their being promoted to first division, Williams has been doing an outstanding start: he has scored 5 times in 9 games and was last month elected player of the month by the newspaper Göteborgs Posten. Last Sunday, he scored one goal against Landskrona (victory 3-0).
According to Sadki, the club is likely to ask 1.5 million euro for their striker. The player himself declares: "I only know that my manager is busy with all that stuff. I just concentrate on my football, and for the rest, we will see".
