Jestrovic uncertain, Kompany out?

After Kompany's and Deschacht's injuries, it is now Jestrovic who suffers from his ischios-leg. Vercauteren is very much worried about Kompany (negative test at Dr. Huylebroeck) and Jestrovic.

Deschacht should be able to play. Marc Deman and Mbo Mpenza are the prime candidates to replace Kompany and Jestrovic. The Serb did not train at all yesterday. "I felt that pain during Thursday's training", he explained.

Kompany has only run moderately. "I feel it is going much better", he said. "But he sill feels the pain when he accelerates", added Vercauteren.

And then Deschacht. Yesterday he avoided all contact with his left foot. "I cannot hit the ball and braking is horribly painful. My injury has become worse since I have been playing under infiltration".
