Kompany still in Anderlecht next year?

It seems very unlikely to see Kompany in Anderlecht next year. Madrid and Barcelona are extremely interested. It has been known for long that the two Spanish teams are very seduced by the Anderlecht defender.

It is said that Real Madrid have asked to "Vince" that he does not sign any contract with any other team. Barcelona are said to have asked him the same thing.
However none of both teams has made a concrete offer yet, but it should not take too long for that eventually happens!
