The 28-year-old Serbia & Montenegro striker Nenad Jestrovic is one of the best strikers in the Belgian league at the moment. The Blackburn Rovers are interested in him. The player admits he is keen on a move to the Premiership.

"I don't know who Blackburn are interested in but I would be happy to play for them because the Premiership is the best championship in the world," said Jestrovic. "I play physical football and I'm strong. They are qualities that will suit the English game and The Premiership is my first option."

Rovers are eager to bolster their strike force in time for next season, and manager Mark Hughes will not be put off by the 2 million euro fee Jestrovic would command.

Earlier, PSG and Marseille already showed interest in the striker. Also Aruna is followed by French clubs.
