Anderlecht go in evocation with the support of the FIFA

Anderlecht decided to go in evocation agains the case of the bursted ball. The club thinks to have enough evidence to change the decision of the National Football Organisation.


The committee earlier decided the restart the game between La Louvière and Anderlecht, because the ball burst at the moment Baseggio scored the equaliser. Though that decision was made with video clips and pictures as proof.

Such evidence is not allowed by the FIFA. Therefore, the World Football Organisation announced to support Anderlecht in their appeal.
