Anderlecht lose friendly match

The Mauves have lost their friendly match against Bochum with an embarrassing 5-1 score. It became very clear today that coach Hugo Broos still has lots of work to do.


It didn't look that bad during the break. Lokvenc established the 1-0 lead for Bochum, but after the break, Anderlecht totally lost control. Meichelbeck, Tapalovic, Thordur Gudjonsson (former Racing Genk) and Edu could manage the 5-0, Yves Vanderhaeghe set the final 5-1 result on the scoreboard. Again a bad experience for Anderlecht, who were humiliated by the number 16 of the German Bundesliga.
