Jol: "Wilhelmsson Not A Done Deal"

Tottenham head coach Martin Jol today insisted that Spurs have not entered into talks with Anderlecht midfielder Christian Wilhelmsson.

The Swedish winger declared earlier this week that a move to White Hart Lane would “suit me perfectly“, while his agent suggested Tottenham top a list of big clubs chasing the 25-year-old’s signature.

But while Jol is on the lookout for a top-quality wide midfielder, he insisted Spurs have not made a move for Wilhelmsson, a member of Sweden’s Euro 2004 team.
