Again four goalkeepers linked to Anderlecht

TRANSFERS A lot of goalkeeper names are linked to Anderlecht. Or in the press. The latest we can add to the list are the names of Michel Vorm, Laurent Henkinet, Davino Verhulst and William Dutoit.


According to Het Nieuwsblad, Anderlecht want to get at least two goalkeepers this summer: an experienced goalkeeper who takes peace with a role as a substitute and a young talent. For the first role, Purple & White is thinking of Michel Vorm among others. The 36-year-old Dutch ex-international has ended his contract with Tottenham, where he has been second (the first four years) and third (the last two years) goalkeeper for the past six years.

The newspaper also knows that some goalkeepers from our league who have been contracted were offered or that the Purple & White asked for themselves. These are William Dutoit (KV Oostende), Davino Verhulst (Lokeren) and Laurent Henkinet (OH Leuven).

De Bie and Butez

Two names we already know are those of Jonathan De Bie and Jan Butez. De Bie is a 19-year-old Belgian from Tottenham who is also there at the end of the contract. He could become the young talent that Anderlecht wants. De Bie can also sign up for one year in London.

Mouscron goalkeeper Butez is not immediately a track according to Het Nieuwsblad. His arrival only becomes an option when Hendrik Van Crombrugge leaves. Butez aims higher than the role of reserve keeper.
