Anderlecht-youngsters win twice with Belgian U18

YOUTH The Belgian U18 played two friendly games against Turkey on Tuesday and Thursday. Both were won. With Loïc Masscho (photo) and Lucas Lissens, two Anderlecht players participated.


The young Devils won 0-1 in Turkey on Tuesday. Masscho played the whole game. Lissens fell in after 60 minutes. On Thursday, Belgium won 1-3. Then Lissens played the entire game and Masscho fell in after 46 minutes.

Also Halim Timassi and Yari Verschaeren were called up for these friendly games, but they had to play on Monday with the U21 of Anderlecht. Because of this they had to drop out from the selection of Wesley Sonck
