Anderlecht active on the transfer market

Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet is being followed by Anderlecht. The 20 year old offensive midfielder is currently playing in Egypt and would cost between 700.000 euro and 1 million euro.


Further, the club is also looking for new defensive reinforcements. Ivan Obradovic of KV Mechelen is currently the closest to a transfer to the Brussels' club. His manager Milan Jovanovic is currently negotiating with Anderlecht. Mechelen would demand a 2 million euro transfer fee.

The Mauves also have a backup plan. Kara Mbodj of Racing Genk is currently enjoying a lot of interest from English clubs such as West Ham and Leicester. But Anderlecht just entered the race to land the defender.

Anderlecht also contacted Nicolas Lombaerts of Zenit St. Petersburg, but the transfer fee that the Russian club demands is too high.
