Kompany has a cold - Baseggio with kidnee problems?

Anderlecht-defender Vincent Kompany didn't train with the Red Devils today. He caught a severe cold, and had to rest for one day. He also injured his toe.


Mbo Mpenza did some running exercises, but he didn't do the ball exercises. The striker trained with a bandage round his hand, but there isn't a fracture.

Walter Baseggio also arrived at the training, but he had to leave the pitch very soon, and returned to Brussels. He still suffers from the injury he caught against AA Ghent on Saturday, and will let it have examined. There are still two possibilities: a sprained muscle in the back or kidnee problems.
