Charleroi wanted Canesin last year

Is Fernando Canesin allowed to leave or not? John van den Brom told in June Canesin could stay, now there are rumours going on about him leaving Anderlecht.


It's a fact that the Brazilian midfielder doesn't play at all for Anderlecht. Moving to Charleroi could be a solution if he wants to (or has to) leave. That's what Mehdi Bayat, owner of football club Sporting Charleroi, tells to "L'avenir".

Charleroi also wanted to hire Canesin last year, but back then Charleroi already lend three other Anderlecht players: Christophe Diandy, Ziguy Badibanga and Mohammed Aoulad. "We thought of a final transfer of Canesin, but this wasn't possible".

"We haven't talked to Anderlecht this season yet about a possible rent or transfer of Canesin, but he's still a good player", ends Bayat.
