Biglia to Milan? Defour or Brama as a replacement?

With Lucas Biglia on the verge of leaving, the Mauves are already talking with possible replacements. Steven Defour of FC Porto is amongst the candidates. But also Wout Brama of FC Twente is being named.


Lucas Biglia did not show up for Anderlecht's training camp in Turkey. Rumour goes that he is close to a deal with AC Milan. But apparently also Arsenal are showing interest.

Anderlecht already started talking with possible replacements. Steven Defour is on top of the list. Defour was transfered from Standard to FC Porto for six million euros. The Belgian started well in Portugal, but is currently not always in the starting line-up. Since he would like to play more often, he is rather keen on a transfer to Anderlecht. Yet, FC Porto would like to recuperate the money they paid for the player. Former Standard manager and agent Luciano D'Onofrio is currently assisting Anderlecht with the negotiations.

In case Defour cannot join the Belgian champions, Wout Brama is an alternative. The Dutchman is currently playing for FC Twente and has a lot of experience.
