Does Hazard open the door for Tielemans at Chelsea?

TRANSFERS English newspaper The Sun is reporting that Chelsea asked their star player Eden Hazard to convince Anderlecht's Youri Tielemans to come to London. Tielemans' name appears on the list of many top teams all over Europe and Chelsea are hoping that Eden Hazard can play a role in a transfer of the youngster.
