Mertens and Rits probably not joining RSCA

Dries Mertens (Utrecht) and Mats Rits (GBA) will probably not join Anderlecht. Mertens, too expensive, can also count on interest of Lokomotiv Moscow while Rits could go to Ajax Amsterdam.
