Romelu Lukaku signed a new deal for Anderlecht. He put his autograph under a contract that binds him to RSC Anderlecht until 2015. He'll also receive a serious pay raise.

His current deal ended in 2012. Anderlecht, eager to make a lot of money on the striker in case it comes to a transfer, smartly extended his deal with three years. This could also mean that Lukaku will not leave after the next season.

Lukaku's father is also happy: "There was no reason for Romelu to leave. This way, he can remain in a stable environment and work on his growth."

The following clubs were interested in Lukaku: Inter, AC Milan, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Newcastle, Sunderland, Manchester City, Stuttgart, Wolfsburg, Schalke 04 and Bordeaux.
