"If I play, I’ll do my very best"

Jelle Van Damme had a rough day yesterday. On the official website of Anderlecht, he gave a short reaction on what happened.

"During a meeting with the direction we discussed a couple of things. “ I can reassure the fans: when I have to play, I will – as always – do my best. I’ll do everything what I can to qualify ourselves.”

“I’m ambitious and I made that clear, but all parties have to be winners. I also regret what I said just before this important game against Sivasspor.”
