The club is not allowed to place a giant screen in the vicinity of the Vanden Stock Stadium. That's what the City of Brussels council have decided. The city council is afraid of riots with the foreign community, like last year.

Yesterday, manager Herman Van Holsbeeck had announced in the media that he would do anything possible to please the fans, but now the city council have ruined his plans.
So it seems that after the difficult negotiations about the stadium enlargement, the city has found a new way to frustrate the club and the fans. Nonetheless, in case of a title, fans are welcome in the Vanden Stock Stadium after the game.
