Wasilewski: "My best season in an attacking way"

Because of his goal in the extra time against Tubize, Marcin Wasilewski is the best scoring defender next to João Carlos in the Jupiler Pro League. Both defenders scored seven goals.

"When I started my career at Slask Wroclaw I was an attacker, but I didn’t score a lot (five goals in 51 games). I was made into a defender quickly. My best score as a defender was during my season at Lech Poznan, where I scored five times.”
