Hugo Broos has taken his first title as Anderlecht-coach, but already thinks about the next one. "There has to come some reinforcement", says Broos.

"The board can't think we can fulfill all the ambitions with this group. The concurrence was our big advantage in the first round. That, and the enormous lead were an obstacle for us in the second round."
"We have less possibilities than before. But I feel that the board wants to do something about it. Mbo Mpenza is a priority, but we have financial limits."

Hugo Broos also denies that Anderlecht has become the new Ajax.
"Kompany and Vanden Borre: that's unique. But we don't have to hope for that the next two years", he claims.
"Youth, youth, all fine for me, but you can't have everything. I mean: results! If we can keep this team, with some reinforcements, we can build something beautiful. I expect much of Junior."

And what about Pär Zetterberg? "It depends of him. He had the chance to show that he was angry because he sat on the bench. But he didn't do that."
