Chatelle: "It went really well"

Anderlecht struggled against Gent during the first half. Substitute Chatelle played an important role in the revival of Anderlecht. "Jacobs asked us to play all or nothing during the second half", so says Thomas Chatelle.


"There was a reason for that, Gent really scared during the first half. They hurt us with their individual class. Fadiga played a great match, he could have sealed the deal for Gent", said Chatelle in the newspapers.

"Anyway, the plan of the coach worked during the second half. I'm happy that I have played a part in it. When the coach told me that I would play during the second half, I was wondering if I could turn the tide, since I didn't play a match in 6 weeks. But once I was on the pitch, all the pieces of the puzzle just fit. It went really well".
