Ahmed Hassan has recoverd from his injury, and might play again this Saturday against Club Brugge. Unless there will be test matches, he'll play his last home-game for Anderlecht this Saturday. "Brugge can't beat us", he said.

"I really want to win against Brugge and show everyone that Anderlecht is the best team of the second round", says Hassan in the Belgian paper "Het Nieuwsblad". "We are playing at home and there is more speed in our team. In my opinion, we were even better than Standard."

The Egyptian wants to leave Anderlecht by winning a prize. "If I have to choose between the second place or the Cup, I choose both! I want to thank our supporters with a prize".

Although Hassan spent a lot of time on the bench during the last couple of weeks, he isn't blaming anyone. "The coach, Arïël Jacobs, has to think about next season. When I was playing in the Africa Cup, the team was playing well without me. I understand that it is difficult for Jacobs to change the team".

Hassan also has a player in mind who would be perfect to replace him. "There are a lot of good players will different qualities. But there is one player who really steps out: Sasha Iakovenko. I hope Anderlecht is patient with him, because he is a player with a lot of talent."
