Ariël Jacobs wants to know what the Anderlecht board has in mind for him next season. A week ago, the club said they wanted to "continue with Jacobs as head coach for at least another season".

A week later, the head coach of Anderlecht still hasn't heard anything.

"It's time to get these things out in the open" says Jacobs in Belgian paper "Het Laatste Nieuws". "Not just for me, but especially for the club. Around March, the club should start planning and preparing for next season."

It was also a possibility that Jacobs would be made Technical Director. "That is not my favorite function" he says, "It's a nice job, but there are a lot of player representatives that cannot be trusted. I know that from my time as TD at Racing Genk."

Manager Van Holsbeeck is aware that they should decide quickly. "We are in a busy period right now, playing two matches a week, but indeed we should not wait too lang. We will have a meeting before the 15th of March to clear things out."
