Hassan returned and gets a fine

Ahmed Hassan returned to Anderlecht today. He has to pay a huge fine for being several days late. "But I was injured", Hassan reacted. Though manager Van Holsbeeck is disappointed in the player: "He should have informed us."


It seems that the case is now closed. "Hassan apologised. I don't expect any other problems with him. He understands our point of view. And we also respect his situation. He won the Africa Cup and deserves respect for that."
