Baseggio still dreams of Italy

Walter Baseggio extended his contract in Anderlecht last week, but he still dreams of a transfer to Italy.

"If they offer you a contract until 2008, you just can't say no", he explains. "It's like an insurance for the upcoming years. By the end of that contract, I will be 29, and there aren't many clubs in Italy that will be interested in me then. But I admit I think it's ashame that my dream doesn't come true. But a transfer to Italy is still possible in the future, if I keep playing strong."
